Griffin Mining Limited (“the “Company”) was notified yesterday that Black Rock Inc has an aggregate interest in 18,013,889 ordinary shares in the Company representing 9.31% of the issued ordinary shares in the Company. As part of this holding Merrill Lynch International Investment Funds has an interest in 7,658,000 ordinary shares in the Company representing 3.96% of the issued ordinary shares in the Company.
