Headline:Griffin announces renewal of mining license

Griffin Mining Limited ("Griffin or the "Company") is extremely pleased to announce that its Chinese subsidiary company, the Hebei Hua-Ao Mining Development Company, has had its mining licence at Caijiaying renewed for a period of 15 years to 14th April 2020. This licence may be renewed at the end of the licence period and replaces the existing mining licence granted in March 2002.

Mladen Ninkov, Griffin’s Chairman, commented on these developments as follows:

"The grant of this renewed, long life mining licence is yet another example of the viability of the Chinese mining industry to foreigners who operate legally and contractually within the Chinese legal environment. The Company is delighted to continue to blaze the trail for all western mining companies in China.”
